From the iconic Wulong Karst to the less-explored trails in the surrounding countryside, our team explores the diverse beauty of this southwestern Chinese metropolis. We organize guided hikes for both novice and experienced adventurers, catering to a wide range of fitness levels and interests. We're currently recruiting for several key roles within our team. Available Positions:

1. Lead Hiking Guide (Multiple Positions):
Responsibilities: Leading and guiding groups on various hiking trails; ensuring the safety and well-being of participants; providing informative and engaging commentary on the local flora, fauna, and history; managing group dynamics and addressing any concerns or challenges that arise; preparing hiking itineraries and logistics; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Qualifications: Proven experience leading hiking and trekking groups (minimum 2 years); extensive knowledge of the hiking trails in and around Chongqing; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; first-aid and wilderness survival certification (a plus); fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential; strong physical fitness and stamina; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2. Assistant Hiking Guide (Multiple Positions):
Responsibilities: Assisting lead guides in managing and guiding hiking groups; ensuring participant safety; assisting with equipment preparation and maintenance; providing support and information to participants; helping with logistics and organization; learning and developing skills to become a lead guide.
Qualifications: Experience in hiking and outdoor activities; strong communication and teamwork skills; basic first-aid knowledge; good physical fitness; enthusiasm for hiking and the outdoors; willingness to learn and grow within the team; fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.

3. Logistics and Support Staff:
Responsibilities: Managing bookings and reservations; coordinating transportation and logistics for hiking trips; handling equipment maintenance and repairs; providing administrative support; assisting with marketing and communications; contributing to the overall smooth operation of the company.
Qualifications: Strong organizational and administrative skills; experience in customer service; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office); excellent communication skills; fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
