We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Photography Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This isn't your average desk job. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of Hunan province, exploring its majestic mountains, serene lakes, lush forests, and captivating cultural heritage sites. You'll be working alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable experience in landscape, wildlife, and travel photography while contributing to our ever-expanding portfolio of stunning imagery.

Responsibilities:
Assist lead photographers in all aspects of outdoor shoots, including pre-production planning, on-site support, and post-production workflow.
Operate and maintain photographic equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting gear, and drones (experience with drone operation is a plus).
Contribute to scouting locations, identifying optimal shooting angles and lighting conditions.
Assist with image organization, cataloging, and archiving.
Contribute to the editing and post-processing of photographs, including basic color correction, retouching, and compositing.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace both in the studio and outdoors.
Contribute to social media content creation and management.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and photography ideas.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures during outdoor shoots.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in photography, preferably with a portfolio showcasing outdoor photography work (landscape, wildlife, travel). Please submit your online portfolio with your application.

Proficiency in using DSLR or mirrorless cameras and various lenses.
Familiarity with photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
Excellent physical fitness and stamina for outdoor activities, including hiking, trekking, and potentially camping.
Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected situations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for the outdoors and a genuine interest in capturing the beauty of nature.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
Valid driver's license (a plus).
