Responsibilities include leading multi-day camping trips, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, teaching basic survival skills, and providing engaging and informative commentary on the natural environment. Previous experience leading groups in challenging terrains is crucial. A strong understanding of local flora and fauna, as well as potential environmental hazards, is a significant advantage. You must be comfortable handling unexpected situations and making quick, informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with diverse groups of participants. Proficiency in wilderness survival techniques, such as fire starting, shelter building, and water purification, is a must.

2. Camp Crew Member:

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our camp crew. Responsibilities include setting up and dismantling campsites, preparing meals (experience in group cooking is beneficial), maintaining camp cleanliness and hygiene, assisting with gear organization, and providing support to the Lead Guides. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals who demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and outdoor recreation. Physical stamina and the ability to work long hours in varied weather conditions are necessary.

3. Assistant Wilderness Guide:

Responsibilities include assisting the Lead Guide in all aspects of trip preparation and execution, including navigation, safety checks, and participant support.
