Responsibilities:

As a ski instructor at our Anji location, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality ski instruction to a diverse range of students, from beginners to intermediate and advanced skiers. This involves:
Developing and delivering engaging and effective ski lessons: You will create lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of your students, focusing on proper technique, safety, and enjoyment. This will require adaptability and the ability to adjust your teaching style based on the student's progress and learning style.
Ensuring student safety: Prioritizing the safety of your students is paramount. You will be responsible for assessing risk, managing group dynamics, and adhering to all safety regulations and procedures established by the resort and relevant authorities.
Maintaining equipment and facilities: You will be expected to assist with the maintenance of ski equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
Extensive skiing experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience skiing at an advanced level is required. Demonstrated proficiency in various skiing techniques, including parallel skiing, carving, and mogul skiing, is essential.
Relevant certifications: Possession of a recognized ski instructor certification (e.g., PSIA, CSIA, BASI) is highly preferred. Candidates without certifications may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional skiing ability and a strong commitment to professional development.
Excellent communication skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds, providing clear and concise instructions in both English and Mandarin Chinese (fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous but not mandatory).
