This Outdoor Picnic Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this [Date] by and between [Your Company Name], a [State] [Business Entity Type] with its principal place of business at [Your Address] ("Renter"), and [Client Name], residing at [Client Address] ("Client").

1. Subject Matter: Renter agrees to provide Client with a complete outdoor picnic rental package as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. This package may include, but is not limited to: picnic blanket(s), chairs, table(s), cooler(s), servingware, cutlery, glassware, decorative items, and other specified items as mutually agreed upon. Renter may also offer optional add-ons such as food and beverage catering, setup and takedown services, or other customized arrangements detailed in separate addendums.

2. Rental Period: The rental period commences at [Start Time] on [Date] and concludes at [End Time] on [Date]. Client agrees to return all rented items to Renter at the designated location and time specified in Schedule A. Late returns will be subject to late fees as outlined in Section 7.

3. Rental Fee: The total rental fee for the package described in Schedule A is [Amount], payable in full upon execution of this Agreement. Payment may be made via [Payment Methods]. A non-refundable deposit of [Amount] is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due [Number] days prior to the rental date. 4. Client Responsibilities:
Client is responsible for the proper care and handling of all rented items during the rental period. Client agrees to return all items in the same condition they were received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Client agrees to inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage or missing items immediately to Renter. Failure to report damage or missing items promptly may result in Client being held responsible for their replacement cost.
Client is responsible for securing the rented items against theft or loss. Renter is not liable for loss or damage caused by theft or acts of God.
Client agrees to clean all rented items before returning them to Renter. Items returned excessively soiled may incur cleaning fees.
Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for the picnic location.

5. Renter Responsibilities:
Renter agrees to provide all rented items in clean and good working order.
Renter agrees to deliver the rented items to the designated location at the agreed-upon time, as specified in Schedule A. Renter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any changes to the delivery location or time, subject to availability.
Renter will provide instructions on the proper use and care of the rented items.
Renter shall maintain appropriate liability insurance covering the rental items and activities associated with the rental.

6. Liability and Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold Renter harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with Client's use of the rented items, except to the extent such claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses are caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Renter.

7. Late Fees and Penalties: If the rented items are not returned by the agreed-upon time, Client will be subject to a late fee of [Amount] per hour or portion thereof. If the items are not returned within [Number] hours of the agreed-upon time, Renter reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the items and any associated costs.

8. Cancellation Policy: If Client cancels the reservation more than [Number] days prior to the rental date, Renter will refund the deposit less a [Percentage]% cancellation fee.
