This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this [date] by and between [client's name] ("Client") and [photographer's name] ("Photographer").

1. Services

Photographer shall provide the following services to Client:
Documentary photography coverage of outdoor activities specified by Client.
Editing and post-processing of all captured images.
Delivery of high-resolution digital files to Client.

2. Scope of Coverage

3. Fees and Payment

Photographer will use reasonable care and diligence in the performance of services.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Photographer be liable to Client for any consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to this Agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
