The sun ascends, a fiery crown,
Upon the peaks, it looks down.
Each upward climb, a test of might,
A battle waged 'gainst fading light.
But in the struggle, strength I find,
A quiet peace, a tranquil mind.
The world shrinks down, a distant hum,
As nature's grandeur overcomes.

The wind, a sculptor, shapes the trees,
Their ancient wisdom, whispers please.
Through tangled roots and mossy stone,
A path less traveled, I have known.
The scent of pine, a fragrant balm,
A soothing solace, free from harm.
The chattering brook, a silver thread,
A gentle rhythm, softly spread.

I pause to breathe, the air so clean,
A vibrant tapestry, a vibrant scene.
The hawk circles, a silent grace,
A king surveying his domain's vast space.
A tiny flower, bravely blooms,
A testament to life that overcomes.
The mighty mountains, stand so tall,
Responding to nature's endless call.

Across the valley, far below,
A tiny village, soft aglow.
