Responsibilities:

As a Xuefeng Outdoor Adventures ski instructor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing high-quality ski instruction to students of varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
Developing and delivering engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
Assessing student skill levels and providing constructive feedback to improve technique and safety.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision.
Maintaining a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Working effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other instructors and support staff.
Participating in regular instructor training and development sessions.
Assisting with equipment preparation and maintenance (where applicable).
Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintaining professional conduct and representing Xuefeng Outdoor Adventures in a positive light.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
Extensive skiing experience (minimum [Specify Number] years) with a strong technical foundation.
Certified by a recognized ski instructor organization (e.g., PSIA, CASI, BASI – specify preferred certifications).
